- Change the E-Content Means method
- If your E-Content Means is available within 3 months,
- Please select "I confirm the e-contact means is up-to-date and no change is needed" if the E-contact means information is up-to-date. Otherwise, please select "I would like to update my contact means."
- Click "Send One-time Password"
- If your E-Content Means is not available within 3 months,
- This system will select update option for you automatically.
- Click "Change to Email Address" or click "Change to HK Mobile Phone Number " to change your latest e-content means method.
- Read the "Notes" section.
- Click "Send One-time Password"
